If you have joined the JoomlaDesigns template club and downloaded the template you like but after installing the Joomla theme the layout is not as it appears via the Template Gallery then feel free to contact us and we can help. One of the main reasons why the web design may not be displaying correctly is because many of the themes use CUSTOM MODULE OR CSS SUFFIX SETTINGS. Before contacting us please ensure you read the user guide via the members download area and the module / CSS Suffix settings associated with each design.
When you contact us we will need the following information.
1) Name of the Joomla template you are using.
2) Your web site address so we can see the web design running on your site.
3) If you would like us to setup the template for you then please provide us with your administrator user name and password and we can setup the Joomla template for you.
