What support is available for the templates


We currently offer a number of support options for the Joomla templates we develop and release at the Joomladesigns web site

Support Ticket System

The first option is the support ticket system where you can open a new ticket for any technical issues you may have with the templates we have developed.

Knowledge Base

The second option is the knowledge base which includes a number of useful hits and tips when using the joomladesigns web site plus the templates we have designed. The knowledge base is updated on a regular basis so if you have any questions or technical issues please visit the knowledge base.
