License
Joomladesigns.co.uk grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web designs sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license").
Joomladesigns Template Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification's to our products to fit your purpose. You are not authorised to remove the copyright information in the xml descriptor file. You may remove the copyright information from the footer of the template.
The PHP code included within the templates we develop are released under the GPL version 2.0 license. The non-complied portions of the templates including all images, CSS cascading style sheets are NOT released under the GPL licence. The non-complied portions of the designs are to used in accordance with the terms of service outlined in this document. You must not offer them modified or unmodified for redistribution, resale of any kind or include them in a package without written consent from Joomladesigns.co.uk.
Unauthorized use of joomladesigns.co.uk templates
You must not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution, resale or as part of a hosting / membership package of any kind without prior written consent from Joomladesigns.co.uk. Limited usage granted
Your membership grants you the rights to use the template designs as outlined in the table below in accordance with the terms and conditions.

The 12 month membership package grants you the right to use 20 designs on 20 personal or business domains. |
The designs are not time-limited so after your membership has expired, you may continue to use the themes.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Joomladesigns.co.uk and Bluespark Solutions ltd.
Warranty
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Assignability
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from joomladesigns.co.uk
Membership Access
When you have registered an account and we have successfully received your payment it will be reviewed and verified. The payment verification process can take up to 12 hours, during this time your account will be in a pending status. Once your payment is verified you will be granted access to the member’s area where you can download the existing, new and updated designs we have released. The number of web designs you can download is limited to 10 designs per day.
Membership Account Usage
Your membership user name and password is for your personal use only and must not be shared or distributed to anyone else. If your user name and password is found to be shared or distributed to anyone else your membership account access will be disabled. We do not allow the use of automated download tools to download the designs via the membership area or multiple web site logins.
Refund Policy
Joomladesigns.co.uk is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
Terms of service and template amendments.
Joomladesigns.co.uk reserves the right to redevelop, change and release templates with no prior notice. Joomladesigns.co.uk also reserves the right to change or modify the Terms of service outlined in this document with no prior notice.
