Template Theme Layout is incorrect
If you have joined the JoomlaDesigns template club and downloaded the template you like but after installing the Joomla theme the layout is not as it appears via the demo server or Template Gallery then please log into the members area and open a support ticket and member of our support team will be happy to help.
Before opening a support ticket we recommend you complete the following first
- Read the installation guide included with the design
- Download the latest version of the template from the members area as we update the themes we released on a regular basis.
If you have completed the above and the layout is still incorrect then please open a support ticket and we will be happy to help you.
